Questions
How are nights counted?
From check-in to check-out: Friday to Monday is three nights. Check-out day isn't charged — pick up by 11 am and the suite is ready for the next guest.
Two dogs together?
Two dogs from one home may share a suite: choose 2 of the suite for the same nights. Each pays the nightly rate.
What do I bring?
Their own food in a labelled bag, any medicine with instructions, and a toy or blanket that smells like home. We have beds and bowls.
Why a deposit?
A suite held for your dates turns other guests away. Stays of $150 or more pay a quarter up front; the rest is due by check-in.

Visiting & ordering
Location
In person
Drop off at the front office from 2 pm on your first day, with food for the stay in a labelled bag. Pick up by 11 am on your last: we bath and brush first if you added it. Daycare: drop off from 7:30, pick up by 6.
Refund policy
If you pick up early, the nights left are refunded except the first. The deposit holds the suite and isn't refunded inside 7 days.
Cancellation policy
Cancel from your order page while it's unpaid. After the deposit, cancel 7 days ahead for a full refund; inside 7 days the deposit is kept.
Visit policy
Proof of rabies, DHPP and bordetella (dogs) or FVRCP (cats) at check-in. Dogs on a leash, cats in a carrier.
